[ SOUND ARCHIVES // LICENSE AGREEMENT ]

This license governs the use of all sound libraries produced by Adrian Franchi / Sound Archives. By purchasing or downloading any library, you agree to the following terms.

[ LICENSE TYPE ]

A single-user, lifetime, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable sound effects license.

[ RIGHTS GRANTED — WHAT YOU CAN DO ]

• • Use the sounds in unlimited commercial and personal projects.
• • Use them in film, television, games, trailers, YouTube, podcasts, ads, apps, VR, and all media formats.
• • Edit, process, design, and manipulate the sounds in any creative way.
• • Deliver final mixed or designed audio to clients as part of your work.
• • Install the library on multiple devices, as long as you are the only user.

[ RESTRICTIONS — WHAT YOU CANNOT DO ]

• • Do not resell, share, trade, or redistribute the raw audio files.
• • Do not upload raw sounds to any online service, platform, or shared folder.
• • Do not include raw files in games/apps where users can extract the audio.
• • Do not use the sounds to create or contribute to another sound library or sample pack.
• • Do not transfer the license to another person or entity.

[ MULTI-USER / STUDIO LICENSING ]

One purchase = one user.
For companies, teams, schools, or multi-editor environments, a multi-user or enterprise license is required. Contact: franchi.adrian@gmail.com

[ OWNERSHIP ]

All recordings and materials remain the intellectual property of Adrian Franchi / Sound Archives.
You are purchasing rights to use the sounds, not ownership of the raw recordings.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Sound Archives library, you agree to this license.
